  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! Although, shipping will increase due to the nature of international usps prices.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    How will my item be shipped?
    I use USPS First Class 2-5 days, unless chosen otherwise.

    When will my item/items be shipped?
    Items ready for shipment are shipped out within 1-3 business days.When payment has been posted. Made to Order items are ready to ship with 2-5 days.

    Are you custom ordering?
    Custom orders will be discussed when item is shipped & update in shipping box will be made.

    Do you need your item sooner?
    Please chose the shipping you prefer. First Class takes 2-5 days. Priority Mail takes 1-3 days.

    What address will order go to?
    I always ship to the address listed unless you indicate otherwise.
    I will update the shipping box when your order ships & email with tracking will be sent to you.

    Do you want Delivery Confirmation and/or Insurance?
    Delivery Confirmation &/or Insurance is not included. If you desire to add this please write note to seller & addition charges will apply. Tracking will be emailed to you once shipment has been sent. Keep an eye out on your package by the tracking number.:)

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    Unfortunately, I can not control the time it takes for the mail service to deliver your purchase. Please know, I do my best to ship as soon as possible and will inform you of when purchase is shipped.

    Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

    I'm sorry but it can take up to 2-12 weeks for some items to get to their destination. Please be patient! Just know that I have shipped to you and wish I had more control on how fast it gets there.:)

    Shipping prices to your country may vary from listing price, More or Less. I prefer to use USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate, in which has standard rates. ADD EXTRA ITEMS from my shop for MORE FOR YOUR $!!!!.. ***Extra shipping cost will be email via PayPal link if you prefer different shipping method***. Once payment is received, item will be on its way to you.

    How are my items packaged?
    I carefully pack each one of my items so they get to you safely and in one piece. The item will come wrapped in tissue paper, tied with ribbon, & company card/washing instructions added to ribbon. If items are damaged in any way I am not reliable. ADD Insurance to your order if you are concerned. However, please contact me & we will try to work something out.
